Hello! To explore, please use the start menu in the bottom left corner of your screen. From there, you will see your programs and file directory. If you are having trouble finding what you're looking for, use the Find menu to search the compter. The start menu is also were you will go to run programs or applications, ask for help, change your settings, or access the computer controls such as Shut Down.
I recommend starting with one of my book notes. You can find these by navigating to documents/books/sociology/the belly of the beast/
